Independence Municipal Court

The Independence Municipal Court is a division of the Circuit Court of Jackson County. The court is moving to a new location at 223 N. Memorial Dr. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Presiding Judge Garry L. Helm and Municipal Judge Susan Watkins handle cases in two divisions.
